No, you can't become a Cardiologist after BHMS.
Cardiology is part of normal medicine and it is about heart problems, checking, and treatment. To be a cardiologist in India, you need MBBS first, then do MD or DNB in Cardiology. This need lots of study in normal medicine and special training in heart
