Becoming any kind of officer, You have to see the eligibility criteria first, by qualifying any kind of competitive exams eg PG in the same field or any other kind of exams regarding the same like Indian army nursing, jipmer B.Sc. Nursing so that u could excel in your field of interest. Keep going.
