Can I become a dietician after completing M.Sc Food Science and Technology?

No you cannot become dietician after completing M.Sc food Science and technology. In order to become registered dietitian (RDN), you need :
Bachelor's degree in food nutrition & dietetics, or B.Sc home Science with food and nutrition as specialization.
Or M.Sc. in Food & Nutrition/Clinical nutrition/
