complete the qualification and experience required for the post of director than you will be a director NIOS certificate not a problem in this way.

for make director you have to clear many exam and make good communication skills, also do highest qualification like doctorate with good grade , and need to have good work experience in your current area , Director post is very high post and you need to clear many steps before that

To become a director of a multinational / public sector firm you need more qualifications and long years of experience. Its much easier to become a director of your own firm.
