    Yes, anything is possible. You can do anything. It would be better to go for IT jobs for as I think, you are a fresher.

    Yes, you can. But you must have a backup course prepared in case you need another experience apart from your pandit job. So, I would suggest you that if you are so keen to do engineering then you must specialize in the course of your interest.
    Go for B.Tech in CSE with specialisation in cloud computing.

    Pandits who perform rituals are being trained in dedicated institutions and in specially designed courses. You can become a Hindi teacher by appearing in Hindi additional for graduation and then do MA in Hindi, besides, the word Pandit means having knowledge, which you can get without doing any degree.
