    Hi Rashi, To become a judge in India, a candidate needs to complete a Bachelor's degree in law LL.B. And then a post-graduation in LL. M. B.A. LL.B. 5 years integrated course is also a law degree that can be pursued to become a judge. However, it is important to note that eligibility criteria for appearing in Judicial Services Examination is a degree in LL.B. And he/she has enrolled. Private universities offering law degrees are recognised by the Bar Council of India, and their degrees are valid for practice in India.
