    Yes, the Amity University LLM degree is recognised and valid. Thus, students graduating with this degree can become a Judge if they wish to. To become a judge, it doesn't matter which institute one gets the degree from. What matters is the effort one puts in the preparation for the exam. Mentioned below are the basic requirements to be fulfilled to become a judge:

    • Must be a citizen of India and at least 21 years old for subordinate courts and 35 years old for higher courts
    • LLM degree from a recognised university, with a minimum of 50% marks
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an advocate
