    Yes, any student who has completed their Law degree from any recognised university of India is eligible to apply for the Judicial Services Exam. To become a judge, it doesn’t matter which institute a candidate has graduated from. The selection of students depends on their performance in the exam and the work experience they have. Mentioned below are the basic eligibility requirements to be fulfilled to become a judge:

    • Must be a citizen of India
    • Must be at least 21 years old for subordinate courts and 35 years old for higher courts
