Can I become a lawyer after completing LLB through correspondence? I have done my BA and I am 36 years old.

Bar Council of India does not allow students with LLB through distance learning to become their member. LLB through distance learning graduates cannot practice in Indian courts.

The guidelines of BCI is wrongly understood by many people. BCI never said LLB through correspondence or distance mode is not recognized.
