The answer is yes. You can definitely become a pilot after graduating with a degree in aeronautical engineering. But, I will give you my opinions on it. In the end, do whatever you feel is right. Now doing aeronautical engineering before pilot training has its own pros and cons. Let me start with the pros first. Pros: First of all, you'll have a degree as a backup and have a strong resume for your job application. Yes, it requires only 10+2. So definitely can. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible.
