You can definitely become a pilot after completing one year CPL course provided you finish the Course in one years' time. CPL course is not time bound, as it includes 200 Hrs. Flying + DGCA exams + RT + Medical.

CPL course depends upon how fast you complete your flying hours not like one year or two. Please choose good flying school.
