Hi Aman,
Just clear your B.Tech+M.Tech with UGC NET and you will be eligible for lecturer's job in any recognised university.

Hi Aman,
Yes, you can go for post-graduation and along with it give UGC NET exam and then apply for lectureship after clearing the exam. For more information you can visit the website of UGC NET.
