Can I become a scientist after completing my graduation in medical stream and qualifying UPSE exam?
I want to become a scientist before I turn 40.

Why do you want to do this nonsense?
Just do Bachelors degree then Masters and then do qualify the CSIR NET exam and you will get JRF. You can do PhD and if you are a researcher then you may be called a scientist.
