Yes, you can definitely become a scientist in ISRO after completion of your M.Tech in aerospace engineering. ISRO recruits candidates from different backgrounds for different programs that it runs. The vacancies are normally announced every year on the website of ISRO and the students are expected to read these notifications and apply whichever is suitable to them. Almost all the recruits are inducted as scientist in the junior category and over a period of time they rise in the chain.
