    Yes, definitely you can pursue the course with biology in 10+2 provided that you are also having physics and maths as your subjects. The fact is that biology has no role to play in software engineering, so it is better to take computer science subject in 10+2. And maybe in some colleges, they prefer students with computer science for the course.
