Can I become a software engineer through B.Sc. IT or should I go for B.Tech IT or CS which one is better option.

No, you can not become a software engineer through B.Sc IT. You should go for CS to become a Software engineer. Good luck.

In order to become a software engineer, you should definitely opt for B.Tech as it a technical field. Also, in B.Tech, go for IT as it does not have much syllabus as CS and job opportunity are almost same for both.
