Hi. Yes, you are eligible to apply for M.Sc. Agriculture courses because Agriculture is an applied part of Botany, majority of the organisations/institutions allow Botany graduates to pursue higher education in agriculture etc. You can get job in Agricultural field for that after B.Sc.
