No, you cannot directly go to anesthesia. It is a specialization subject. And for specialization subjects, you have to appear NEET PG entrance, where MBBS is a must.

It is a western medicine subject and you need to be a graduate in the western medicine. Do MBBS as per the criteria for the PG exams becoming an anaesthetist.
