Can I become an automotive designer after completing class 12th in commerce?

No, it is not possible, because commerce students are unable to go for science field, rather a science student can go for both science field and commerce field. So, if you really want to do automotive designer, restart your option to have Physics,Chemistry & Maths in class 11th once again.
