There is no course to become an IT manager directly.
Following paths are available to become an IT Manager:
1. Technical developers, testers or other technical resources after few years of experience can grow as IT manager.
2. Business analyst after few years of experience can grow as IT manager.

In my experience in IT industry, I am yet to see an IT Manager who got role because of course or degree on IT Manager.
