M.Tech CSE is a good choice, if you want to be a specialist in chosen area. As M.Tech, you can get 15% to 25% additional salary over B.Tech CSE in campus recruitment. But, you lose out on 2 years of experience. IT industry value experience more than PG degree. You can do M.Tech by distance learning
