    You can become IT project Manager with experience. You will start you career as a software developer or Tester after B.Tech CSE. Once you have experience and become proficient in software engineering, you may move up in the ladder as Team Lead, Project Leader and then Project Manager (PM). Even PM are of three categories Junior, Middle and Senior based on experience and number and type of projects executed and led. After PM you may progress to Program Manger and then on leadership role in IT companies. You may take about 8 to 10 years in Large IT companies and MNC before you get promoted to role of PM after B.Tech CSE. Exceptional perf
