Hi!,
Yes , you can join MBA after completing B.com or any graduation degree.
MBA stand for -Master of Business Administration
> > course duration 2 years.
Eligibility>
1. A valid bachelor degree in any discipline
2. Minimum of 50% marks in graduation.
3. At least 45% for SC and ST.

Normally, you will be put in some department as Management trainee or in some executive positions. Later when you gain requisite experience you will be heading a department or a group of departments. But salary, perks and positions are not a constraint for the right competent candidiate.
