Can I become lecturer after completing B.Tech in civil?

No the eligibility for lecturer is the minimum masters degree with 55% marks. after completing B tech u can do M Tech. or MCA as per ur interest. u can also do P hd in the respective field. There are certain good colleges/universities providing quality education and placements to the students like Lovely Professional University, Gitam, Visakhapatnam, Babu Banarasi Das, Lucknow etc.

Hi Pratik, You can definitely get a job as a lecturer after your post graduation like an MBA. However, you will need to appear for the UGC-NET exams for lecturership. The eligibility test for lecturers, National Eligibility Test (NET), is conducted by UGC, CSIR or similar tests accredited by the UGC. The State level test SLET is for appointments within the state. The promotion is based on performance, duration of service, and research publications. College lecturers require a good academic record with at least 55% or an equivalent grade at master's degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University. On completion of all these criterias, you can become a lecturer. An MBA in HR is not a very good subject of choice if your carrer goal is becoming a lecturer. It will however limit your opportunities. A subject that is rare will help you, like one of engineering which was your subject in graduation. The choice of course is yours.
