    Shivangi, surely you can become a video editor. Know more about this here. There are several careers in media in writing, production or post production. you can become a reporter, actor or getting behind the camera to direct, cinematograph or do finishing work as an editor, compositor or a VFX artist who can add reality to 3D vizualizations. you may even be a graphic artist who designs the screens, or an animator who brings stories to life as a proxy actor for onscreen characters. you can get into production, whether live or animated. You can be a story writer who writes for live and animated screens or even roll the story into a video

    Hi Shivangi,
    Well changing from one domain to another at this point of time can be a challenging task as one might have to start from the scratch.
    Media itself is a very challenging and demanding course and video editing will be more of challenging. In order to become a Video editor, you should have the basic knowledge about Video editing tools and software such as final cut pro, etc. In order to get a hands on experience, I would suggest you to join a good film making/Media institute or start working as apprentice. And as you know that Mumbai is the HUB of Indian Cinemas therefore there are many good institutes in Mumbai itself that off
