    You can accompany parents and guardians. The rate would be known to you when you get to the campus.
    Banks like ICICI, Axis, SBI, PNB etc offer loan.

    Hi Sriram,
    You can bring your brother to sign the loan application to campus. I think SBI offers the loan with minimum interest at 10.15%. However, it would be better if you explore more options at your end.
