Can I change college after 1st year or 1st semester of engineering and take admission in a different University/college in Maharashtra?

I want to change my university from SPPU to SRTMUN.

    Yes, you can do that but you won't get your fee back because during 1st year admission, complete fee has to be paid to hold your seat for you.
