Yes, you can, but you have to score well, toppers of first year get chance to change their stream, the hardest is to get Computers.

It all depends on number of vacant seats as few students go to join Indian army via NDA, TES. This year it was 9.2 SGPA for IT. Still if you get in, try scoring above 9.5 as in first cutoffs it was around 9.5.

Nope, branch change option is only when student is going to come in second year only.
