No, candidates cannot change their test cities once the AIIMS BSc Nursing admit card is issued. AIIMS Delhi conducts and organises the BSc Nursing exam, and it will not entertain such a request on any grounds under any condition. The AIIMS BSc Nursing exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode
