Can I change my branch and university in the second year of B.Tech?
I am in the 1st year of B.Tech in mechanical engineering. I am pursuing my B.Tech in North Maharashtra University. I want to get admission in the University of Pune. I want to pursue B.Tech in CSE.

You can change your branch under the same college or university but when it comes to changing your university you might face issues.

Yes, of course you can change your branch and college but you must not have any back and maintain 60% in the first year.
