Yes why not, if you are not interested in that branch then you should have to change it, because your entire career will be headed by the particular branch,but take the decision carefully. Wish you all the best for your bright future!!!

Yes,you have to clear entire 1 st year by heavy score then there is provision according to the AICTE rules.(If any student is fail in that branch or any student want to change his branch then the departmental HOD grants the permissions to him)
