Can I change my branch to CSE after completing Diploma in EEE?

    Hello Amit,
    You can't change your stream now from EEE to CSE branch you can take admission in government and private college for B.Tech lateral entry into EEE branch only.

    Yes, as per AICTE guidelines, a Diploma is considered equivalent to 10+2, so you will get admission in the 1st-year of any (BE/B.Tech) engineering branch. If you want to take admission in the 2nd year of engineering then you should have the same branch like you have completed Diploma in EEE than you will get admission in the 2nd year of BE or B.Tech EEE.
