Can I change my category to EWS during UPTU counseling if I have EWS certificate? But my JEE result is in GEN.

I don't have my EWS Certificate during JEE Mains application form 2022 but now I have.

    But the reverse is possible. In case you don't have a Certificate to prove that you belong to Gen-EWS, your category will be changed to General again.
