Can I change my college by reappearing JEE next year after getting admission in engineering for BE in a particular college?
I have not scored nice in MHT-CET. I just want to get admission in any good institute this year.

Yes, you can. But it is better to drop than to study in college for JEE because you will not be able to study for JEE whole heartedly.
