Can I change my college for B.Com 2nd year?
I am from Hyderabad and my college is affiliated to Osmania University.

Yes you can apply for lateral admission in which lots of universities offer admission in 2 year of b.com but for that you need to check the respective university eligibility and deadline for form submission.
