Can I change my college, I am pursuing B.Com in Jain University, Bangalore? If no, should I opt to drop this year?
I am pursuing B.Com along with CS.

Jain University is good. Why do you want to quit?
You can join other B.Com college based on the norms of other universities you'd like to join or to continue. If you are planning to drop after 1st year, you need to join from the start.

You better go other college which you think suits you best but never drop B.Com graduation.
