Its better to clear it rather change your college.
unnecessary wastage of time owing to present times of competitive world serves no interest.
Go for clearing it and move on with it. -

Why change college due to one backlog? You can simply clear it and carry on. If you change college, you will have to seek fresh admission & repeat whole process.
