Can I change my college in 2nd year from private to government?

I am studying in Chandigarh university and want to change my college to Punjab university in 2nd year. Is it possible?

    Absolutely, why not? It is based on various standards. -Your CGPA must be greater than 8. -it will also depend on how many open seats there are at the college you want to enrol in. If you wish to move to a new city, your motivation must be compelling, such as medical. Though your justification is plausible, you can still be admitted even if your CGPA is higher than 7. In general, your college will be altered quickly if you have any relatives who hold positions of authority at the institution.

    Yes, certainly why not. It is based on several criteria
    -Your CGPA must be more than 8 CGPA. -it will also depend on no of vacant seats in the college u want to get admission to. Your reason must be solid like medical if you want to change the city. If your reason is feasible then you can get admission even if your CGPA is more than 7. Overall If you have any relatives from higher officers of the university your college will easily be changed.
