Can I change my college in 3rd year due to medical issue?

Hi While mostly migrations (if allowed by university) are permitted in 2nd year, but see if you university allows on 3rd year also. You can also talk to VC or approach court but nothing can be done if seats are not vacant in the college. Try giving an undertaking for attendance maybe that works.
