Can I change my college in the 2nd year of BBA, I want to move to Nagpur for the preparation of management entrance exam?

It depends on the college in which you want to take admission.

You can change your college if the college that you are aspiring to go for, takes admission of students in 2nd year. But, you cannot change it in the middle of the year. You need to change it before your 2nd year starts.
