Can I change my college in the second year?
I scored 88% in class 10th and 91% in class 12th. Currently, I am in the 1st year of B.Com through distance education. I live in Chennai.

Usually changing college when you are pursuing a distance degree doesn't matter much. However, in case you want to change your college, you will have to check with the other college whether they take lateral entries or not.
