Can I change my college next year?

I took admission in Vijaya Vittala Institute of Technology for pursuing B.Tech in CSE through KCET. I want to pursue my B.Tech in Reva. I have scored 78 percent marks in HSC, and my KCET rank is 59361.

College change is completely up to university and college discretion. Some colleges allow and some won't, you can contact the college authorities for details. You also need to have good score to apply for the same.
