    Yes, you can change your course during the scheduled counseling, but it depends on seat availability and the rules set by the counseling authority. you could do this :

    1. Attend the counseling session:  here carefully check if there are still seats available in Mechanical Engineering.

    2. Submit a course change request: If there are mechanical seats open, go ahead and request a change from Industrial to Mechanical.

    3. Keep an eye on seat availability: Mechanical is a popular branch and might fill up fast, so it’s a good idea to have a backup option ready just in case.
