Can I change my course from MBA to PGDM at the time of admission when I receive admission confirmation message from the college?

Both are different and cannot be interchanged, MBA degree offered by University and PGDM degree is offered by the college itself. Both are equivalent and accepted for placements. -
No, you can't change. But both have the same value regarding job prospects.
