Can I change my course? I an a Banking and Insurance Student. I want to join B.Com 2nd year.

I study in Mumbai University.

Sorry bro, but you can not change the course itself but you can take transfer if you don't like your college or the teacher or the infrastructure. But you can not chance your course from banking and insurance to B.Com.

Since according to the latest notifications by the university grants commission of India, any graduate student is allowed to change their university in between their graduation but there is no provi
