Can I change my diploma college after my first year?
I'm having 2 subjects backlogs in 1st year.

Yes, you can change your college. But, you cannot do this with backlogs. -
College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.
* With backlogs, it won't be possible for you to change college, you need to clear them first.
