Can I change my engineering branch from chemical to CSE in IIT-Madras after completing the 1st year of B.Tech?

    Yes, but you have to score more than 9.4 CGPA for CSE in IIT Madras and more than 8.5CGPA for IT and Mechanical in first semester examination.

    Yes, but you have to score exceptionally high in your first semester. Then you can apply for branch change.
