Can I change my field to digital marketing, my english is not good?
I have 2 years work experience as the communication officer in an NGO and I worked at Aajtak as a trainee. I want to change my field.

You should better ask your HR department and your manager where you work. They can better guide you for internal job posting and vacancy.
