    Hi Tejaswini,
    Well every university has its own rules and regulations when it comes to transfer, migrate or lateral entry. I think if it is under same university, there shouldn't be any hurdle, however I would suggest you to speak to the officials directly as they would be in the righteous position to guide you best.
