No, there is no such provision to change the exam centre. The NCERT tries to allot the nearest centre based on candidate's choice as they filled in the application. The RIE CEE exam centre once selected and submitted in the application form cannot be changed later. Hence, it is crucial for candidates to carefully choose their preferred city while filling the RIE CEE application form.
