Can I change my stream from B.Tech biotech to B.Tech CSE,ECE,EEE or IT? If not now can I change after 1st year of B.Tech Biotech?
I have taken admission in B.Tech Biotech.I scored 88% in 12th with PCB subjects.

Yes, one can opt for branch change in second year based on his/her score in first year but in the same college only. First year is common for all branches, transfer to another branch is not a problem. You can change the branch in any college but also check the college norms.

I guess yes Maths is compulsory for other branches of engineering still I would advice you to consult with the college once.

You can chnage your branch to any other branch in second year. But it can only be done based on your performance in first year and then the cutoff list
